End SARS: American singer, Beyonce set up fund for protesters 

 

Multi-Grammy award winning American singer, Beyonce Knowles Carter, has reacted to the travesty going on in Nigeria.

Nigerian youths for more than two weeks have being protesting against police brutality and bad governance amidst heavy security brutalization and state sponsored massacres.

Reacting to the situation, Beyonce said she is heartbroken by the “senseless” killings.

The Lion King album crooner said she is also partnering with some organizations to raise funds for victims of police brutality and support protesters.

She reassured Nigerian youths of her continuous support.

Beyonce wrote, “I’m heartbroken to see the senseless brutality taking place in Nigeria.

We have been working on partnering with youth organization to support those protesting for change. We are collaborating with coalitions to provide emergency healthcare, food and shelter.

“To our Nigerian sisters and brothers, we stand with you
