BREAKING: WAEC releases 2020 SSCE results

The West African Examinations Council, WAEC, on Monday released the results of the Senior Secondary School Certificate Examination for 2020.

This was disclosed by Patrick Areghan, Head Of the Nigeria National Office of WAEC, during a press conference.

According to Areghan: “It is with a heart full of gratitude to God that, I, on behalf of the Registrar to Council, the Management and Staff of the West African Examinations Council (WAEC), Nigeria, welcome you to this press briefing to announce the release of the results of the West African Senior School Certificate Examination (WASSCE) for School Candidates, 2020.

“The examination was simultaneously and successfully conducted throughout the five member countries – The Gambia, Ghana, Liberia, Nigeria and Sierra Leone using one and the same International Timetable.”

WAEC had earlier announced that the results would be released on Monday, November 2, 2020.
